Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed and age verification is complete.

Adult Signature Required

Federal and state law require that all tobacco, vape, and nicotine-containing products be shipped with adult signature (21+) confirmation. A valid government-issued ID matching the shipping recipient must be presented at delivery.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We use carriers that comply with the PACT Act for age-restricted products.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship vape, tobacco, or nicotine products to states or municipalities where their sale or shipment is prohibited. Orders to restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded.

Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available at 5080 E 4th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33013. Valid 21+ ID is required at pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours at (786) 482-3548 or waadrepresentative@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
